My New Callaway ERC Fusion
I’ve been looking for a new driver for some time now. Today, I finally came to a decision in which club to purchase. I found a 10 degree Callaway ERC Fusion for right around $100 and decided to make Christmas come a little early for myself this year.
I purchased the club from callawaygolfpreowned. Right now, they’re offering $50 off any Fusion driver.
I’ve heard mixed reviews about this club. One of the main complaints I’ve heard about the ERC Fusion is the sound it makes. Why is sound such a huge factor when people want to purchase a club? Who cares if it makes the perfect ‘pinging’ sound as it makes contact with the ball. To me all that matters is how I hit with the club. If hit the ball consistantly well, then I consider it a good club. I could care less if the sound was a little dull.
Anyway, for $100 I couldn’t pass it up. I horribly needed a new driver and now’s the perfect time to buy used clubs. The season just ended and everyones selling back their almost new drivers they bought at the beginning of the season for the latest and greatest just to hit the market drivers.
