Michelle Wie’s Disqualification
I know there has been quite a bit of controversy over the Michelle Wie insident with the mis-dropping of her ball. Here’s my two cents on the topic.
First of all, I support the reporter that reported the infraction. She broke the rules which everyone else must follow. It was her first professional tournament and she’ll have many, many more. Disqualifying Michelle Wie was the right thing to do.
Second, I don’t see why everyone is complaining. As I said earlier, it was her first professional tournament and shes only 16. She will have numerous more attempts. Quit complaining. End of story.
