Local Man Joins PGA Tour
Kevin Hall is going to be joining the PGA Tour this afternoon amongst the scattered thunderstorms. The only thing different about this golfer is the fact that Kevin Hall has been deaf since the age of 2. Hopefully as he tees off this afternoon, the thunderstorms will clear and give him a chance to fulfill his dream. Tee time will be roughly around 1:30 weather permiting.
