Golf Season 2005 Has Come To An End
Today I woke up only to find my car windows completely frosted over. Thats enough to mark the end of the 2005 golf season around here. I’m not complaining though. For the first frost in Wisconsin to wait until the 15th of November is quite astonishing.
It was nice actually having a fall this year. In the past few years, we haven’t had a fall season. It went straight from warm summer weather to freezing winter weather practically over night. So getting a chance to play golf well into November was a nice treat. I’m hoping the winter this year will be a mild one and that the 2006 golf season will come early.
Wisconsin winters — one of the many reasons I need to move down to Florida or out to Southern California. Scraping the ice off your car windows is no fun at all.
