First Tee Time of the Season
My buddy Kevin called up earlier today and set us up an afternoon tee time tomorrow. Rain is in the forecast, but those meteorologists have been known to be wrong from time to time — I’m keeping my fingers crossed. So far I’ve been out to the driving ranges twice. I finally got an opportunity to test out those TurfTees from The Savvy Golfer. I’ll post a full review of it in the next few days.
As I said earlier, I’ve been out twice to the ranges so far and hit fairly decently both times. I finally was able to swing my new Callaway Fusion driver I bought back in December — I love it. I was also able to swing my Cleveland 60 degree wedge which hits amazing well too. The ball pops right off the club face with little effort.
The Masters are this weekend. Will Tiger earn his fifth green jacket? I don’t think so. From the looks of it, most Yahoo members who participate in Fantasy Golf have Tiger picked to win. As for me, my money is on Phil Mickelson. I really think he can do it again. We’ll just have to wait and see how this weekend plays out.

hahaha…yeah yeah yeah. I know I’ve forgotten to make my picks the last two weeks. In my defense I’ve been really busy and really haven’t had time, but I guess I can log into yahoo fantasy sports from anywhere and make my picks.
