Callaway Golf Plans To Repurchase $50 Million In Common Stock

Golf.com Purchased by Time Inc.

Time Inc. announced that it purchased Golf.com for an undisclosed amount. Time Inc. also owns GolfOnline.com and the Golf Plus section of SI.com. Golf.com is its third major installment of golf websites. The websites however will remain separate entities.
Golf.com alone gets 1.3 million unique visitors a month.

Helmstetter Takes New Consulting Position at Callaway
