3,600 Golf Balls Stolen!
Tuesday night, at a driving range in Bath, 3,600 golf balls were stolen along with other items such as golf clubs. The funny thing about this story is the fact that they want people to call in if they find anyone selling thoes balls. Well, I just searched on ebay and there were tons of results for the type of range balls which were reported stolen. What a joke!
And whoever stole the 3,600 golf balls is out of their mind. I’ve been known to take a range ball or two, but 3,600 is just insanity. They play horrible on an actual course. The thing with driving ranges is they want you to think you can actually hit further than you really can. Thats why the balls bounce and roll like crazy. So if you were to use a range ball on a real course, the ball wouldn’t stick and would just roll off the green.
Also, how can you be so cheap to steal golf balls? In the whole scheme of things, if you can afford to buy a set of golf clubs you should be able to afford some decent balls. There’s my two cents for the day.
